Los Angeles

Los Angeles or City of Angels is the second largest city in the United States after New York and the most populated too… It is a megalopolis that is developing rapidly in all directions.

Known for its ever-sunny climate, it has about 320 days of sunshine per year. The weather is almost always fine, which will allow you to enjoy this city and its beautiful weather all year round.

It is also known by its giant Hollywood sign that is located on the hills overlooking Los Angeles, it is a monumental sign forming that has been designated as a historical-cultural monument of Los Angeles.

The city’s interest also includes its many prestigious museums, both paying and free of charge, such as the African American Firefighter Museum (AAFFM), the African-American Firefighters Museum in the United States, The Broad, a contemporary art museum, and the Getty Villa, a museum and educational centre that focuses on the study of the arts and cultures of ancient Greece.

Don’t miss the visit of Walt Disney Auditorium which was designed by Frank Gehry, a magical building that gives the music an exceptional taste thanks to its undulating walls and vaulted ceilings made of Douglas fir wood.

In general, the city centre never sleeps, you can experience a very special nightlife. With thematic districts namely the Downtown district which is known as the fashion square, where you can find different shops of all styles. You will also find ethnic neighborhoods such as Thai Town, little Ethiopia, Korea Town and little Armenia!

You can attend the Gay Pride in the West Hollywood district, which is considered to be the neighbourhood that brings together the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. This district is also full of many concert halls and bars with exceptional roof tops.

San Francisco

San Francisco is one of the most beautiful bays in the world; it reflects a multicultural and artistic aspect and a provincial look that explains the magic of the latter. It is an important financial center and an international reference in high-tech.

San Francisco is home to a little bit of everything and has a very large number of tourist attractions and places of interest such as the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Lombard Street, walking on the docks of Fisherman’s Wharf ,Union Square, climbing on the Coit Tower and going down by the Filbert Steps.

To get around, you can use the cable that was designed in 1873 to be able to see the city’s hills from above.

Palm Springs

Palm Springs is a desert resort town in Riverside County, California, USA, in the Coachella Valley.

It is located approximately 89 km east of San Bernardino, 172 km east of Los Angeles, 198 km northeast of San Diego and 431 km west of Phoenix, Arizona.

The Palm Springs area has many other cities including: Cathedral City, Indian Wells, Desert Hot Springs, Indio, Coachella, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage.

This region has about 354 days of sunshine per year, and attracts desert lovers and hikers all year round.

Possible routes range from relaxing by the pool to flying over the Coachella Valley in a helicopter and just about anything else that is in between, from film festivals to street fairs and fast-growing craft bars.

The newly redeveloped downtown square offers visitors a welcoming and pedestrian-friendly experience.

With paths winding through the sparkling new shops and restaurants, you will find attractive landscaping and shaded areas. You will find an abundance of restaurants that will offer you Blaze Pizza, Tommy Bahamas and Marlin Bar, Juniper Table, as well as the elegant 4 Saints and High Bar on the roof of the new Kimpton Hotel – The Rowan.

A good way to get to know the city is to take a carriage ride with Palmetto Carriage Works through the city center.

You can take a look inside a number of historic houses such as the Calhoun mansion.

The surroundings of the city are also interesting to visit, like the ancient lands of the Cahuillas Indians.

Or even participate in a hike to enjoy the scenery of Palm Spring and its impressive colors.

Don’t forget to take the Palm Spring cable car from where you can see the entire Coachella Valley, Palm Springs and the San Bernardino Mountains to the north and enjoy a breathtaking view.
